Dear sufvi.com or surfcoralbay.com email user:

To provide our users with better service all users@surfvi.com and users@surfcoralbay.com will be transferred to Google mail servers on Sunday afternoon December 13 with a possible alternate of December 20.

Your email address will not change. However you must set up your new account and mail clients to access Google rather than surfvi.com or surfcoralbay.com – instructions follow.

Google

provides all the services provided by us and more, such as text, voice and video chats

provides better SPAM filtering because it daily processes billions of messages around the world and thus can detect SPAM earlier and with more accuracy than surfvi.com with only a few hundred messages a day.

provides practically unlimited storage – more than 7,000 megabytes for each user.

Your old mail will be transferred to Google. How ever we suggest that you down load all mail that you want to save before noon on Sunday. You will not loose any new mail arriving during the hour or so required for the switch over on Sunday afternoon.

Users need do nothing until after noon on Sunday, at that time you will need to reconfigure your mail clients according to the directions provided below.

In the mean time you might what to go to the links provided below to preview the set up.

Sincerely,

BroadbandVI
